How to Pay

To make payment for your regular premium policies in Singapore dollars, you may set up a GIRO arrangement using your DBS/POSB account. Your options are:

1. PRUaccess

You may set up a DBS/POSB GIRO arrangement through PRUaccess, a website for Prudential Policyowners to manage their policies online

• Login to your PRUaccess account
• Select Policy Transaction
• Select Change payment method to GIRO
2. iPay

Use this option if you do not have a PRUaccess account by enrolling for DBS/POSB GIRO online via our Online Payment Portal.

3. Your Bank account at DBS/POSB iBanking

The GIRO instruction will be activated within 5 working days

• Login to your DBS iBanking
• Add a new GIRO arrangement
• Select Prudential Assurance as the billing organisation
• Input the Policy Number as the billing reference number

You may set up a GIRO arrangement to make payment for your regular premium policies in Singapore dollars by submitting a hardcopy form.

• Download and submit the Application for Premium Payment by Interbank GIRO Form (Estimated processing time: 3 to 5 weeks).

To make payment for your regular premium policies in Singapore dollars, you may set up a Credit Card arrangement via PRUaccess.

• Login to your PRUaccess
• Select the Policy Number
• Select E-Transaction for this policy
• Select Change Payment Method to Credit Card
• Enter your credit card details

• Make payment via iPay

• Set up a credit card arrangement online

          You may enrol online via our iPay for your Singapore dollar regular premium policies.

You may enrol online via our Online Payment Portal for your Singapore dollar regular premium policies.

You may make one-time premium payment via our Online Payment Portal using eNETS or credit card*.

*Credit card is accepted only for payment of your First Premium or Inclusion/Increase in Benefits.

You may make payment via Internet Banking Bill Payment Services with UOB and DBS/POSB.

• Login to your UOB or DBS/POSB iBanking
• Select Prudential Assurance as the billing organisation under the bill payment tab
• Input the Policy Number(s) and Amount(s)

You may make a FAST Transfer or Fund Transfer to Prudential's SCB Account by keying in the following details:

Note:

1. Please ensure that you indicate the policy number in your transfer. We will not be able to process payments without policy numbers and such payments may be refunded.
2. If you would like to pay for more than one policy, please make payment for each policy individually. Do not combine payments into one transfer as the system will only process one policy number per transaction.

You may make payment at any AXS Station, via AXS m-Station or AXS e-Station.

• Select Prudential Assurance as the Billing Organisation
• Select the Payment Type
• Input the Policy Number, NRIC number of Policyowner, Contact Number and the exact premium amount

You may make payment via Telegraphic Transfer to our Standard Chartered Bank account.

• For SGD transfer, kindly refer to the following information:

For policies in SGD, you may issue a cheque made payable to "Prudential Assurance Company (S) P/L".

Note: Kindly indicate your Policy Number, Contact Number and the description of your payment (e.g. Premium, APL, APL Interest) at the back of the cheque.

For policies in USD, you may issue a cheque made payable to "PACS - USD".
